Hoy por fin hemos conocido Candela en Rama, del mismo grupo de restauración que 9 Reinas y Darvaza, y la verdad es que no podéis dejar de visitarlo. Ubicado en Sant Antoni, lo único mínimamente criticable es el ruido cuando el local está lleno, algo bastante habitual en restaurantes de este estilo. Por lo demás, la experiencia ha sido excelente. Cada plato que pedimos cumplió —y en algunos casos superó— nuestras expectativas: producto de calidad, fresco, bien tratado, que crea en la boca sabores que te hacen disfrutar y exclamar lo bueno que está todo. Se nota claramente el hilo conductor del grupo: una cocina donde el fuego es protagonista, el producto manda y la experiencia va más allá del plato. El trato del personal fue inmejorable desde el primer momento. Incluso hubo un pequeño fallo en el orden de los platos y, aunque nos lo sirvieron más tarde, no nos lo cobraron, un detalle que siempre dice mucho del restaurante. Además, el encargado se acercó a charlar con nosotros y nos explicó aspectos del proyecto y de los socios, algo que se agradece y refuerza la cercanía del equipo. Candela en Rama se suma con acierto a la lista de restaurantes del grupo, consolidando una fórmula que funciona: buen producto, brasas bien entendidas y un equipo que sabe cuidar al cliente.

Today we finally visited Candela en Rama, part of the same restaurant group as 9 Reinas and Darvaza, and honestly, you absolutely should not miss it. Located in Sant Antoni, the only minor drawback is the noise when the place is full, which is quite common in restaurants of this style. Otherwise, the experience was excellent. Every dish we ordered met —and in some cases exceeded— our expectations: high-quality, fresh ingredients, well-prepared, creating flavors in your mouth that make you savor every bite and exclaim how good it is.You can clearly see the thread that runs through the group: a kitchen where fire is the protagonist, the product takes center stage, and the experience goes beyond the plate. The staff’s service was impeccable from the very beginning. There was a small mistake with the order of the dishes, and although it was served later, we were not charged for it, a gesture that speaks volumes about the restaurant. In addition, the manager came over to chat with us and explained aspects of the project and the partners, which we really appreciated and added a sense of personal care. Candela en Rama successfully joins the group’s portfolio of restaurants, consolidating a winning formula: great ingredients, expertly handled fire, and a team that truly knows how to take care of its guests.
