Ayer tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar del menú degustación del restaurante Araboka, acompañado de un excelente maridaje de vinos, tanto locales como de otras regiones de España. El restaurante ofrece dos opciones de menú, de 5 o 7 platos, servidos a mesa completa y con una única selección por grupo, lo que garantiza una experiencia coherente y bien estructurada. Cada plato nos sorprendió por algún detalle distintivo: desde combinaciones inesperadas de sabores hasta técnicas de cocción que realzan el producto sin enmascararlo.
