Ubicado en un entorno privilegiado del puerto de Palma, Ola del Mar es una excelente opción para quienes disfrutan de una cocina donde el producto del mar es el auténtico protagonista. La materia prima destaca por su calidad y frescura, con elaboraciones que respetan el producto y permiten que los sabores brillen por sí solos. Una propuesta elegante, bien ejecutada y muy recomendable para los amantes del pescado y el marisco. El servicio es otro de sus puntos fuertes. El equipo se muestra cercano, atento y profesional en todo momento, consiguiendo que la experiencia resulte muy agradable desde la llegada hasta el final de la comida. Como único aspecto a mejorar, la temperatura de la terraza durante los meses de verano. A pesar de contar con ventiladores, el calor resultó bastante intenso y, aunque acudimos a cenar, en algunos momentos llegó a ser incómodo. Es un pequeño detalle que, si se pudiera solucionar, contribuiría a que la experiencia fuera prácticamente perfecta.

The staff are warm, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring that every guest feels well looked after from the moment they arrive until the end of the meal. The only aspect that could be improved is the temperature on the terrace during the summer months. Although fans are provided, the heat was still quite intense and, despite dining in the evening, it occasionally became uncomfortable. It is a minor issue, but addressing it would make an already excellent dining experience even better.
