Mariluz (Mallorca)

Ubicado en un entorno realmente privilegiado, en pleno barrio de Es Puig de Sant Pere y dentro de Es Baluard Museu d’Art Contemporani de Palma, Mariluz, del grupo Tragaluz, es un restaurante que destaca tanto por su ubicación como por su propuesta gastronómica. Los platos nos sorprendieron gratamente, tanto por la calidad como por unas cantidades más que adecuadas, algo que no siempre es fácil de encontrar. Una cocina bien resuelta y sabrosa, acompañada además de un trato formidable, cercano y atento durante toda la velada. El lugar, sin duda, es otro de sus grandes atractivos por las maravillosas vistas, aunque no tanto por la comodidad durante la cena, ya que el servicio se realiza únicamente en la terraza y no había ni un solo ventilador. Aunque corría algo de aire, fue insuficiente y acabamos cenando prácticamente toda la noche abanicándonos. Una verdadera pena, porque hacen que una velada que podría ser perfecta quede condicionada por el calor.

Located in a truly privileged setting, in the heart of the Es Puig de Sant Pere neighbourhood and within Es Baluard Museu d’Art Contemporani de Palma, Mariluz, part of the Tragaluz group, is a restaurant that stands out for both its location and its culinary offering. We were pleasantly surprised by the dishes, both in terms of quality and the generous portions, something that is not always easy to find. The food was well-executed and flavourful, complemented by wonderful service that was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The setting is undoubtedly another of its great attractions, with wonderful views, although the comfort during dinner is not quite as impressive, as dinner is served exclusively on the terrace and there was not a single fan. Although there was some breeze, it was not enough, and we ended up fanning ourselves for practically the entire evening. A real shame, as it prevents what could otherwise be a perfect evening from being fully enjoyed.
