L’indret (Cambrils)

L’Indret es uno de esos restaurantes de Cambrils que merece la pena visitar tanto por su ubicación como por su cocina. Está frente al mar y cuenta con diferentes espacios, tanto interiores como exteriores, por lo que resulta un sitio muy agradable para una comida o cena en grupo. Su propuesta está pensada para compartir y, entre todos los platos de la carta, hay uno que parece haberse convertido en su auténtica seña de identidad: los huevos, que se sirven en una pequeña paellera y que admiten diferentes elaboraciones. Nosotros probamos los huevos con trufa blanca y los de carrillera, ambos para compartir. La combinación de los huevos con la patata resulta sencilla pero muy sabrosa, y es, sin duda, una de las cosas que merece la pena probar. La carta es bastante amplia, con opciones de pescado, marisco, carnes, arroces y diferentes propuestas para compartir, por lo que es fácil encontrar opciones para todos los gustos. El servicio fue otro de los puntos positivos: el personal fue en todo momento muy atento y amable. Es cierto que entre el primer y el segundo plato tuvimos que esperar algo más de la cuenta, pero era sábado por la noche, el restaurante estaba lleno y, en conjunto, la atención fue buena. Una buena opción para disfrutar de una cena agradable en Cambrils, especialmente si os gusta compartir y queréis probar sus famosos huevos.

L’Indret is one of those restaurants in Cambrils that is well worth a visit, both for its location and its cuisine. It is right by the sea and has several different spaces, both indoors and outdoors, making it a very pleasant place for a lunch or dinner with a group. Their menu is designed for sharing, and among all the dishes on offer, there is one that seems to have become their signature: eggs, served in a small paella pan and available in different versions. We tried the eggs with white truffle and the ones with beef cheek, both to share. The combination of the eggs and potatoes is simple but very tasty and is definitely one of the things worth trying. The menu is quite extensive, with fish, seafood, meat, rice dishes and various options to share, so it is easy to find something for everyone. The service was another positive point: the staff were attentive and friendly throughout the evening. It is true that we had to wait a little longer than expected between the first and second courses, but it was Saturday night and the restaurant was full. Overall, the service was good. A good option for an enjoyable dinner in Cambrils, especially if you like sharing dishes and want to try their famous eggs.
